Natsionalnyy agregator otkrytykh repozitoriev (NORA) is a project aimed at implementing the Open Science concept and Green Open Access to reliable scientific information as well as creating a unified space for collecting data on research findings of the Russian scholars. NORA is designed by the National Electronic Information Consortium (NEICON). The project is supported by the Presidential Grant for Civil society development of the Russian Federation from the Presidential Grants Fund.
