The Library and Information Centre provides users with basic information and library services free of charge on the basis of the Surgut State University Library and Information Centre Regulations.
Additional services are provided on a paid basis in accordance with the Regulations on additional (paid) services of the Library and Information Centre of Surgut State University and on the basis of the Price List for additional (paid) services.
