eLIBRARY.RU is the largest electronic library of scientific publications in Russia with rich search and information retrieval capabilities. It contains full-text versions of foreign and domestic scientific journals, abstracts of journal publications, as well as descriptions of foreign and Russian dissertations. The library is integrated with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
Surgut State University has a subscription to a collection of 119 Russian journals in full-text electronic form. Access is provided from the Surgut State University corporate network.
The University also has a licence to access the SCIENCE INDEX information-analytical system, which allows to conduct complex analytical and statistical studies of publication activity of Russian scientists and scientific organisations on the basis of information from the RSCI database.
